We are hiring for engineers who are looking for a team that will challenge them. We expect you to care deeply about the quality of your work and have excellent attention to detail. You will need to communicate well in an async environment and be able to self-manage (we don’t have project managers). You should be able to properly plan, communicate, and execute your vision. We are open to engineers who want to be strictly individual contributors as well as people looking for more leadership while continuing to write code.
Open Roles (all remote or hybrid/in person in NYC area)
- Security Admin: Help scale our cyber security efforts. Lead internal security initiatives as well as help coordinate external initiatives like Red Teaming, PenTesting and Cyber Security Audits.
- Product Manager: Shape the future of our products. Be obsessed with our customers and their needs. Work hand in hand with the rest of the engineering team to bring the vision to life.
- Documentation Engineer: Own, manage, and maintain our internal and external documentation. Coordinate closely with CTO and head of product to keep documentation useful and high quality.
- Infrastructure Engineer: Build highly automated, self-service infrastructure that empowers developers and eliminates toil. Design scalable, resilient systems while optimizing deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations.
- Blockchain Engineer: Write smart contracts, keep up to date on blockchain architecture across multiple VMs, write tools for interacting with blockchains and blockchain data on both the backend and frontend.
- Backend Engineer: Build backend systems which prioritize maintainability and reliability. Build green-field projects in event-driven architecture, payments systems, and blockchain integrations.
- Frontend Engineer: Build our growing webapp using Next.js and web3 tooling. Push the boundaries of what a blockchain based financial app can be.
What we would love to see in your application:
- An example of technical writing or communication. Essentially anything you’ve written that isn’t actual code (documentation, PR summary, PRD/ARD, technical talk, or even an async update from slack/telegram).
- An explanation of how you use AI in your daily workflow.
- An explanation of the difference between “good” code and “great” code. Ideally with some discussion of how you drive that culture in your work.
